📸 Luminary Luxury Lenz – Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography sessions booked through Luminary Luxury Lenz. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Payment

A session is not considered confirmed until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. After submitting the request form, you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm session details and availability. An invoice will be issued after your session details are confirmed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, after your shoot is completed. Payment options and instructions will be discussed during the confirmation call. All sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule once without penalty, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If Luminary Luxury Lenz must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen event, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Image Delivery & Selection

Clients will receive access to all raw images within 3 business days of their session, delivered via a secure online gallery or shared folder. Clients are responsible for selecting their preferred images for final editing. Please submit your edit selections within 5 business days of receiving the gallery. If additional time is needed, let us know—we’re happy to work with your schedule when possible. Final edited images will be delivered within 7 business days of your submitted selections. Additional edits beyond the included package amount may be requested for a fee of $25 per photo. Final images will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

Copyright & Image Use

Luminary Luxury Lenz retains full copyright and ownership of all images captured. Clients are granted a personal-use license for sharing and printing their images. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission and a separate commercial licensing agreement. Unless requested in writing, the photographer reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Client Responsibilities


Clients must arrive on time and fully prepared for their session. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of the deposit. All add-ons (e.g., flowers, behind-the-scenes video, makeup artist) must be confirmed at the time of booking. No changes can be made within 72 hours of the session. Clients are responsible for bringing their own props (e.g., balloons, signs, etc.). The studio will provide basic white or black stools only.

Studio & Outdoor Policies

Studio backgrounds and basic setup will be arranged in advance based on the selected session type. Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled at no additional cost due to inclement weather. Any location fees (e.g., park permits or venue costs) are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in advance of the session date.

Liability

Luminary Luxury Lenz is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur before, during, or after your session. All clients and participants assume full responsibility for themselves and their belongings while on location or in the studio.
